Another photo where I used the Windows 10 Spotlight version as the starting point. They reframed the original image into the HD aspect ratio. I then reframed that into 16:10 aspect ratio. The resulting composition is somewhat zoomed-in in comparison to the original photo composition. I think it works better. The cliffs and the sea are not particularly interesting by themselves, and zoomed-in they are more abstract, with the attention being on the foreground teasels which are the most interesting part of the photo.
I saturated the colors a bit to bring out the yellow of the sun and teasels more (and the two small purple flowers amid the teasels) and sharpened the whole thing some more.
