And more weird stuff. To me, this looks like a rocky dune, and some of those rocks look like peeled onions. But it's a beautiful photo with amazing colors. I reframed it so that the two onion rocks in the foreground aren't right in the middle, and got rid of some negative space on the right at the same time.
I also added some clouds, but I tried to keep them whispy and subtle so they are just an enhancement to the existing sky, rather than a full- fledged sky replacement. And I removed the vignette (see Pet Peeve #2).
